Individual and Relational Recovery

Individual and Relational Recovery focuses on the needs of the individual in healing their issues of recovery.  As the individual grows and develops in recovery, we help them bring their newly developed skills and recovered authentic self into the context of developing healthy relationships with partners, family, and friends.

What We Believe

We believe that when we are healthy we continually grow and develop emotionally, spiritually, physically, and intellectually.  Psychotherapy heals the wounds that impede our growth and facilitates the growth process.
